This website (the “Site”) is operated by 7CULT Records Inc. (“7cult,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site is informational: it is provided to share information about 7cult and the artists we have signed or worked with. The Site does not currently offer any products or services for sale, and does not include a contact form or any other feature for submitting information to us through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence to use the Site, or you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, anyone else. You may not:

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, artist names, images, likenesses, audio and video clips, and the 7cult name and branding — is owned by 7cult or by the respective artists and licensors who have provided it to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site, or use any artist’s name, image, or likeness, without our prior written permission or the permission of the relevant rights holder.
The Site may describe artists we have signed or worked with, along with other information about 7cult. We try to keep this information accurate and current, but artist rosters, biographies, and other details may change, and we make no guarantee that information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date. Any reliance on information from the Site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify or remove any content on the Site at any time without notice.
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as artist social media pages, streaming platforms, or ticketing sites, that are not owned or controlled by 7cult. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. You access any linked site at your own risk and subject to its own terms.
The Site does not include a contact form, account creation, or analytics or advertising tracking, and we do not collect personal information from you through the Site beyond limited technical information transmitted automatically when you visit. How that information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Site is currently informational only and does not sell any products or services. We may in the future add a store or other feature through which you can purchase artist merchandise or other products (“Store Features”).
If and when we introduce Store Features, additional terms and conditions covering matters such as pricing, payment, order acceptance, shipping, returns, and refunds (“Sales Terms”) will be posted on the Site and will apply to those transactions in addition to these Terms. Store Features may also introduce ways to contact us, such as customer support, which will be described in the Sales Terms and an updated Privacy Policy at that time. Your use of any Store Feature will constitute your agreement to the applicable Sales Terms then in effect. Until Store Features are introduced, no purchases can be made through the Site, and any reference in these Terms to “services” does not imply that any service or product is currently offered for sale.
The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7cult and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7cult and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
